The band has been arranging a series of ceilidhs which take place four or five times a year on a Sunday evening. Details of the next 'HOME-GROWN' ceilidh are in the diary section and also below.

There are two aims. One is to build up a regular group of dancers who can come regularly and learn a repertoire of dances. The other is to work with local voluntary/community groups who can invite their supporters and share in the takings from the ceilidh. The format is informal with the band and those attending bringing their own food to share at the half way point in the dance. There is sometimes a BAR, and sometimes we say "No bar tonight! Bring your own drinks."

The Ceilidhs are held at the Broomhall Centre, Broomspring Lane, Sheffield S10 2FB.
